Need a new knob!

Hi all, I am looking for a black leather/wood key-less go gear knob for my 2004 w215.
The leather and stop/start button must be near immaculate but the wood could be in a worn state as I intend to get it covered.
Having tried all the obvious places first with no luck any help/pointers would be greatly appreciated
