Need a thatcham approved alarm fitting

I am in Brum - can anyone recommend a company to fit a Thatcham approved alarm/immobilisor please.

Also how much should I expect to pay for this please?

If this is for insurance purposes then check what proof they need of correct installation. Before they needed a VSIB (Vehicle Systems Installation Board) certificate but VSIB closed down last year.

Thatcham are running their own recognised installer scheme since VSIB has gone.

thanks for the link. I need a minimum Thatcham category 2 for insurance purposes. Cannot believe there is no one in Brum who can do this?!

Look on manufacturers sites like Cobra, Clifford, Toad etc for approved installers in your area.
