Need m103 rocker arms

I need the old style m103 rocker arms as shown here. The surface which contacts the cam is slightly longer than the newer version and this surface is not welded on as the newer surface is. I need 12 of them with unmarked cam contact surfaces for my reprofiled cam. Mercedes do not sell this part anymore, just the newer ones along with the newer cam!

My camshaft re-profiler will re-face them all for £196+VAT.
