Is their any difference between Bosch and genuine mercedes sensor?

This is the Mercedes part No:
A003 542 7318
Here is a link to somewhere for a Bosch replacement (much cheaper).
5-wire Wide-band Oxygen Sensor for some Mercedes-Benz engines
May be worth asking them what the difference is bearing in mind they will want to sell you one.
Sorry I do not know the differences myself.
