That's even better than my one where a car was stolen by a dodgy garage, and ended up 80 miles away - where I happened to move to a few years later.
Guess what was seen while driving round the streets (the stolen BMW 3 series). Guess who happened to have the key with them at the time?
That was very lucky, the chances of recovering any vehicle that long after the event are slim, but moving to the place where it was stolen and still having the key to recover it - not something I'm ever likely to forget.
