Never take your Mercedes to Whitfield manchester dealership.
3 weeks ago took my car there, in two days problem was diagnosed. 4 days after diagnosed the parts arrived. Now it’s been two weeks and they still haven’t touched my car. That’s ridiculous. I definitely wouldn’t recommen Mercedes dealership in Whitfield manchester

Out of curiosity, what is the issue with the car, and how old it is? And, is this a warranty repair?

Mind what you say on the forum about the dealers .If it gets back to them you could be facing a court proceedings .Whats their response to the hold up ?.

I guess you are referring to LSH Auto who have MB dealerships in Birmingham, Solihull, Tamworth, Macclesfield, Stockport and Whitefield, as well as overseas, notably in Australia.

They don't have the best reviews here:- LSH Auto UK is rated "Average" with 3 / 5 on Trustpilot

But it might be worth contacting [email protected] and saying you are about to post a review on Trust Pilot.

I do alright with the parts department in Macclesfield. Stockport have proved to be ok.

Your lucky to know a good mercedes mechanic ..The newer you get, the beter chance of getting a good job done .But most that were bought up on the older 1970- 80 and- 90 cars are hard to find .
