Got this delivered today from Germany:

Fridge.jpg

Its a fridge which goes inbetween the front seats. Its an original optional part, never seen one before though! Quite chuffed :)

Am stockpiling the parts for my car at the moment, then going to whack them all in when i have time.
Am currently upgrading my sound system at the moment, so just need a few more sunny days as i have no garage!

wow looks good. is that for 124 or 210 ?

That's nice ..... Talbir has these occasionally IIRC .

For a W124.
Wouldnt suprise me if Talbir has one, he seems to have everything!

For a W124

Interesting ;)

i never heard of that option before on a 124. Only downside to this as far as i can see is that you loose all your storage - if you have a passenger airbag so no conventional glovebox.

additional problem for me would be finding one with mushroom trim...........

im sure its quite good for storing mushrooms tho , cold and dark :) perfect.

Ive also got an oddments box which attatches to the front of the drivers seat, where you can also have a fire extinguisher.
So not a problem for me :)

Also, ive got grey leather, so may get the lid retrimmed to match the interior although im not 10% sure yet.

i'd be interested to see a photo of this.

My car has the fire exinguisher option (extinguisher lost by previous owner, but the bracket etc is still there)....

It will mount onto your existing bracket then.
Check out this website for more details on it:

Under the interior section, scroll through until you find it.

Its got some good technical information on it as well. PDF's and what not.
Definitely worth bookmarking!

Agree me thinks it should be added to the favourites section also.
