New car looking for advice?

Hi there I just got a c63 I'm over the moon with it.

But I noticed a slight rotational noise coming from the drivers side wheel when I turn the steering left.its like a steam train shh.shh shh noise can only hear it with the Windows down. The noise is very quiet almost like something is catching I can't see anything obvious? Thanks

Probably just the hydraulics but if you're not happy with it I'd have it checked out for peace of mind
