A link to what it is you are thinking of purchasing would help us out a lot here.
You thinking of putting the OEM comand unit in there?
Later NTG2.5 version is far better, but very expensive for your car I believe.
Aftermarket unit from Pioneer, something like the F950DAB would do so much more, and looks pretty good in the CLK.
I love the NTG2.5, just looks right, but will be pricey.
Maybe PM Alfie above and ask for a quote?
