Hi, anyone know how much roughly to supply and fit front pads and discs on a 57 reg E280cdi Sport?
Brabusk8 (acid) offers discounts on them...
I think a good indie would take 45 mins to do them, might charge based on 2 hours though.
Give your stealer's spare parts dept. a call and see what they'll give them to you for ( relatively straight forward to get 15% discount from them)
Fancy having a bash yourself? Pound per hour; it's money well saved!
If you were closer; gladly give you a hand for nought ( have jack axle stands tools etc)
Have a read on the forums if you're planning to; to know how to avoid tripping the ABS etc...
Thanks Rascal, but i haven't a clue how to do them, just wondered what a main dealer would charge as opposed to an indie?
an extra £150... when I priced mine up at the stealer's
my local parts dept gave 24% off, Brabask8 was still cheaper and this was with better EBC Red stuff parts. genuine was even cheaper!
Thanks all, indie it is then..
Pads are around £40 + Vat
Discs are £38 + Vat each
All parts are Mercedes
But i can give a correct price if you pm me your chassis number .
