New E250 CDI blue efficiency help pls

Hi, well since my 8yr old c class is getting some insurance work done I have had the pleasure of the new blue efficiency however its really annoying that there is no user guide in the car,taking me forever to suss out sat nav etc. However it seems the sensors are no longer bleeping and I want to try the park assist. Any owners out there give me any tips,im sure i may of inadvertently turned them off. thanks.

P button in middle of dashboard, 3rd in from right on the line of shiny or black buttons.

Looks a bit Iike this, though this is from the GL or ML.

That's the button to switch sensors off. If its lit up, their off.

Saw that and made sure it wasn't on,so they should have been working.

Do the lights still work on the dashboard/headliner displays?

It's a visual aid rather than audible. So they won't beep until the red lights come on - ie, when you're really close. Think they beep once for one red and a longer beep for two.

The sat nav is a piece of cake once you get used to the centre spin wheel.

ahh those lights...no those ones arent coming on. Im sure it has something to do with the onboard settings.
