Hello there, new member from Hampshire, name is JP

Brand new to mercedes ownership with a 2010 E220 cdi....and the dreaded cold start rattle! haha

Hobby mechanic, build motorcycles - choppers - in my spare time, do all the fabrication, tig welding, etc.
Know my way around engines, but the old stuff, still running points ignition and no electronics..... and I'm not scared of wiring! haha
Also used to work on american classic cars, current toy is a 65 Impala.
Could of photos attached of my impala and my 1951 Harley Panhead I've built, old school chopper with footclutch and handshift

and off course.. the E220

I like some of the 70s stuff, mainly the square body trucks, the cars... maybe one or the other. Well, I wouldnt mind a 1970 charger to be fair!
ahaha, that's the dream, a 68, 69 or 70 charger. but the prices are crazy these days! even for wrecks needing welding work and put together you are still looking at about 30k.

Love the Impala. We're often in Andover, so will keep an eye out for you ;)

Welcome.....from just across the border in civilisation! (West Sussex).
