New member issue

Hi. I’m Amanda-Jane and I live in North Devon I have a C200 and the remote control isn’t working. The key inside the remote can open the boot but not the car door? It turns in the lock but it doesn’t unlock the door. My question is please,can I gain access into the car interior through the boot,but ultimately can someone please recommend someone who could repair/reprogramme the remote? Any help would be very much appreciated X

Amanda welcome to the forum . I know very little about newer cars .But just keep popping in to see other answers .And i am sure you will get help from owners that have had this same problem as you. As for getting in the car via the boot i would think not.

Every car should come with two remotes- have you tried the other one? It would also help if you gave a few more details of your car model no /age etc
