Just bought a 2000 X Reg CLK 430 in Tanzanite Blue. Coming up to 100k miles with some service history. In pretty good condition, some rust which I am working on as a priority. I think that I will take on the servicing to keep the costs down starting with new oil/filter, front discs and pads and air filters. Thinking about the spark plugs. Must get one out to see what condition they are in.
This is the first MB I have owned, driven a few in the past though.
Very impressed with the car generally and not bad mpg for a V8! Fast and smooth.
Looking forward to an interesting relationship with the big guy!
