New Member not being able to join.

Hi, I would like to bring to the attention of the moderators of this forum a problem that a member of another forum I inhabit is having problems joining (just like me with the USA based forum I might add) his username is Sand Dancer and is having difficulty joining if someone could help I'm sure the new member would like to contribute to this site.

it might help if you list exactly what problems he is having, at what stage its breaking, then I am sure one of the team will get back to you
