A beautiful looking car. Welcome to the C63 Estate club, although mine doesn't have the PP, we do share those beautiful wheels. It looks like you may also have the Michelin PS4Ss, an essential upgrade.

We get so many positive comments when driving our C63 Estate. I'm not sure why, more than any other car I have owned. Maybe because it's a combination of a bit insane and also very practical.

Its got continentals onit ,lovely looking car, I never had an issue with the continental contact sport 6 tyre's but i only used it on sunny days 😎

Lovely. Really interesting one Sold today on a well known sitea...1980 escort 1600 sport with replacement 2l pinto and a MASSIVE turbo. Resprayed orange 😎 unfortunately provenance was questionable... no way to know what engine work had been done. It seemed properly built but couldn't take the risk at nearly £20k. Interestingly still on leafs at the back despite being dropped.

Sorry for the tangent 😬

I see way more E63 wagons than C63 wagons..... is it just me, or are C63 wagons much rarer than E63 s$

Lovely, Topaz know how to charge!
Certainly do, but they do a fantastic job

Thanks! It's got the OEM Conti 5s. The previous owner just got them replaced before he sold it. Next time I'll go for either the PS4s or the Goodyear F1 Supersports

Looks amazing. Fastest colour:cool:

Nice car , had a 320 for couple of yrs , nice comfortable on journeys.

I hope that you find one. Not loads out there for sale.
Cheers mate. If it wasn't for the kids, I'd happily go for a saloon. However the estate will be ideal for chucking the bikes and scooters in without having to fold them down etc.

Now thats what i call detailing!

Good choice. The Goodyears are under appreciated. I had the F1s on my 992, they were great. Like the PS4Ss (as opposed to straight PS4s) and a big improvement over the Bakelite P Zeros. I would still take PS4Ss but it's a close call and the Michelins don't come in as many sizes for the UK market, which can be frustrating.

Actually, unfortunately the F1 Supersport is not available in the right size for the rear of a 204, there's no 30 profile. I'd choose the F1 given the choice but run PS4S so I can have the right size, the same all round.

Ah, that's a shame! They're nice tyres

I found this long term comparison video between the two very useful. Worth watching.

For me, the PS4Ss just edge it for feel and ride comfort, but it’s close run thing and there are good reasons to go with either. They are just amazing tyres compared to tyres even 10 years ago, let alone compared to 80s and 90s tech.

Important that people don’t confuse PS4S with straight PS4 which is a different type of tyre.

I specified PS4Ss on my new C63S (due next month) and paid the difference over the tyres it was equipped with at the factory.
