As expected, 4 cylinder c63 is too heavy, too expensive, too complicated, too compromised, no emotion, no sound. Glad I bought the last V8.

There's never been a worse time to own a fast car with no soul, the speed limits these days are slow and people's driving is equally so.

You need to have a car with character and less outright speed so you can exploit more of it more of the time. Stepping back from my C63 with 500hp to a car with 400hp has actually been enjoyable. It's also why EVs will never excite me, nothing to tickle the senses other than acceleration you can't use very much.

Agreed - every time I consider a remap if my ‘205 I think about the number of seconds I can pin the throttle and it’s always in single digits.

People get upset when you overtake them doing 45mph on NSL roads.

Id still rather be stuck behind someone in a V8 than a 2.0 with hybrid gubbins and fake sounds. You can keep all that.

I will repeat mysel on here . The name 'C63' should have been retired when the last N/A V8 C63 was sold . But accountants/marketing men would never let that happen.

Whatever the new "C63" is (good or bad) , It is simply not a C63.
