New poles cameras blue bell and detling hill kent

Anybody got any idea what the new swooping poles at the bottom and halfway up blue bell and detling hill are for?.

Look different to specs posts which tend to go straight up and the top bar is at 90 degrees with the sameras on.

Next to each pole is another straight pole with some sort of comms device on top.

Whole of Medway and Maidstone recently fitted with Anpr cameras.

Maybe possibly a speed camera linked to the van thats quite often parked on one of the bridges across bluebell hill

Was definitely there last weekend when I was going to Maidstone....

Had gone by the time I came back. Have seen the posts too, do look like they'll be some kind of Specs camera's.
