i thought i was driving one of these already, but then i noticed that it was the 7 series

It's true, It has many angles that remind me of a Camry (rear brake lights), a 7 Series (the dash) and the front is similar to an Opel Omega!

I just wonder what the adaptive brake light is.

Superb! - especially in silver.

Again not sure about the arches as they are a large part of the asthetics. Doesn't really make it look distinctive enough, it just kind of follows a trend.
