just bought an E300, pick up tomorrow, an di have one question.

drivers seat has a little control panel to the left of it with about 4 knobs on it, what does this do?

seats are non electric leather btw.

Hi & welcome to the forum. Sounds most likely to be orthopaedic (multi-contour) seats with additional lumbar support etc. Think the control is like a thumb wheel? It should pump / remove air from the seat bolsters.
