New SLK - phone retrofit?

Hi,
just sorted a new SLK - is that a 171? for the missus - finally ditching her beemer.
Will come with COMAND, and have the basic bluetooth but no phone pre-wire. Is it possible to retrofit this?, also interested in tyre pressure warning - dealer says no way, but hey...?

Assuming its the new comand with integrated bluetooth for telephony , why do you need phone prewire? The bluetooth works really well with the new comand, ive got no complaints at all with it.

Thanks, that's good to hear, but depending on how difficult it is (for difficult read expensive) I would prefer the pre-wire option.
I am hoping that because there is already the base functionality there, that it will be more straightforward - the microphone is already there, the steering wheel controls etc. so interested to know.
The antenna may be a pain though - drilling the bodywork
anyway, at least it's a nice to have and not essential, so will see how we go!

But if it's not it will only be the headset profile and virtually useless

Had it done on my car

Depends on model year and if the ABS has the required firmware

Pretty much all post 2005 model year cars yes.

If your W203 is a facelifted one (pretty sure it is) then yes its easily done.
