New Speed Camera - A12 Essex

There will be a new speed camera on the A12 Kelvedon bypass within the next few weeks. Don't know what sort yet, but apparantly it will be mounted on a bridge.

so are thousand of others, if they do do this then they will def catch loads!

Further info:-
The local newspaper says it will be a mobile camera (ie a VAN) rather than a fixed camera, located on the Maldon Road bridge Streetmap
The other bridges are just farmers' access and footpaths not public highways, but I'd keep an eye on all of them.

You might be interested to know that Essex Police publish a list of mobile "safety camera" locations on their website: http://www.essex.police.uk/ It seems to be only a rough guide though, so usual care should be taken nonetheless.....
