Looks quite cool, im sure theres going to be someone making these for all the older models aswell. I would certainly be interested!

I made one of these myself using a keyfob from an ML (I think) I got the key bit sorted but wanted my alarm remote in the keyholder also. In the process of taking it apart to see if it would accomodate the alarm, I destroyed it before realising it wouldnt fit.

I understand that you can buy these in Japan, matched not only to your locks but sold with an alarm system linked to the fob.

There was a lot of interest on Bnzsport a while back IIRC.

I reckon if you could get the key fob off a W202 and strip it down the key blade I think will come off,then you can then put your key blade in place of it?
