The SLS is totally gorgeous in every way. It's a shame you haven't worked out how to use the steering wheel in order to avoid parking on the pavement. Hopefully nobody has to try to squeeze past with a kid in a pushchair or someone in a wheelchair and risk scratching that stunning black paintwork! I've never been able to work out why anyone should need to park on the pavement when there's plenty space on the road, even if it's only for a few moments to take some photos!

Andrew I cannot believe you now own an M6, a SLS AND a M3!!! You should try Romans international for your M6, they bought my porka and were great to deal with.
Love the M3, I really do love the saloon even more than the coupe.. Interior looks great, what colour is the car?

Nor can I Scott....and it's not a position I particularly want to be in for too long!
I have a plan for the M6 - it's going to a trader next week on SoR and he's very optimistic about it due to the cars' unique spec....and if it doesn't sell in 6-8 weeks then we've agreed a price for August which I'm comfortable with (I won't say 'happy' with, as you can now buy new M6's for prices less than what I'd be 'happy' with lol!)
The M3's colour is Sakhir Orange, with Silverstone (very light grey) interior.

I have read with interest your reports on various forums, on all the lovely cars you have had......XKRS....C63.....Porsche Turbo......M6.......SLS
My question is of all the cars you have had the pleasure in owning.....if you had to pick one that you had to keep for say 3 years.."no changing"
..use for daily driving..use for commuting.....use for holidays......use for some spirited driving which one would it be.........my money is on the M6?

And yes, the current M6 is by far the best all-rounder.....it was almost impossible to replace and after trying both F-Type coupe and a 991, I got back in the M6 and it just felt like the much 'nicer' car.When push came to shove, only the SLS would do and even then I probably wouldn't have done it had the M3 not been coming along - my thoughts being the M3 and M6 would be quite similar. The reality is a bit different as they're quite distinct cars, the M6's performance and ambiance being in another league, the M3's dynamics likewise.
