new to merc

G'day

I've just bought a 2006 E55 estate, mega high miles, but hopefully it will keep on going for a while yet. It's got the 7 seat option (useful with 4 kids), but usually only used for me as a DD.

Have already gleaned lots of info from the forums (thanks!), and hopefully can contribute at some point too.

zipdip - it's done 168k miles, bought it on ebay last month.

Yep, Welcome ! I have a 56 reg 220CDI estate ..it has 96k on the clock, looking forward to achieving 300K sometime whenever as long a I can keep the one rusting wheel arch under control-(gone into the paint shop today for a pamper !) Otherwise a great car and does everything I need. Enjoy
