Just thought I would report in on Autoglass Bermondsey (London).
Apart from a delay in getting a screen from the Chrysler dealers, their service was excellent. They called me each time an update was available on the screen, called a few more times to confirm appointments and in the end sent someone out to do the work.
Guy arrived within the specified period and took about 90 minutes to complete the job, very careful with every removed component along the way as he had not done a crossfire before.
He did a good job of refitting the trim, under bonnet bits and pieces, alarm sensors and the RVM, cleaned up after himself and was off.
Can't drive for 2 hours :-( though.
