After Olly advised to get done on insurance despite no cracks and big chips (old and very pitted and scratched and bad in low sun esp). called AA Ins and explained. Sent me to Auto Windscreens,
Now I know a lot of scepticism about the big fitters on behalf of ins cos...and lots of bad reviews of Auto W on Trust Pilot, so was nervous a bit.
No need! Went to Eastleigh, Chickenhall Lane branch. Met Richard. Ok he's an Aussie...can't have everything mate! But reassured me he knew the car well, and proved as he did job. Also that screen is fully up to spec. Just Pilkington version instead of original Sanban. Who cares. Same spec,
You want a screen done or glass I have no hesitation recommending Aussie ****! And if you want to banter sport or other subjects he's your man too! Tell him Aus are c**p at cricket and Jofra will blow them away in the Ashes! he'll love you forever!
