2013 c63 AMG
Hi all and Merry Xmas from Kent! my name is Jay i have taken delivery of a beautiful Tenorite grey c63 saloon with some nice options but didn't feel the need to spec too much as the standard spec was very high, went for black 19"s Harmon Kardon DAB radio split folding seats black colour leather! running it in at the moment already on 600miles.

This is my first Merc and won't be my last i'm very very impressed, the way it feels sounds and the build quality is amazing, its blown my last e90 M3 away in many ways!. I have had many performance cars but non as effortless as this, at the moment in the first week of ownership seems to tick every box for me, well apart from being one of Shells best customer:crazy:

Plans are,

LSD hopefully a new group buy starts in the new year. Maybe some kind of exhaust tweaking 2nd cat removal nothing major and Remap (will i have a problem with warranty?)

Has anyone tried KW or Eibach progressive springs? to try loose body roll but keen to keep the ride and a decent level, although its not my daily.

Anyway i really am happy to be a member of this forum and hope to come to some meets and pick up some information from all you experienced AMG guys/gals

Cheers

What a lovely looking car!

Congrats and enjoy....I'm still buzzing off my 08 plate c63.....I imagine a brand new one must be pretty sublime!

Congrats on your purchase. Top choice of colour!

Best colour In my opinion
Quaife LSD is a must followed by a re-map to trully see the cars potential.
Have fun and enjoy pobably the last of the big engine AMGs

If you mean Rashman then it's an immaculate CLK63, a truly stunning bit of detailing! Check some of his threads out :)

Hello, congratulations, lovely car!

Cheers for all the warm welcomes. Yes I will of course agree I do love the colour really shows the curves and arches just can't keep it clean for more than a day at this time of the year! Bought it to be driven so oh well! Detailing can come later, sure will need it after this harsh weather.

Had a nice blast in S mode just comes alive, blip and crackles just bloody noise!! Love it.

Probably worth a search regarding the remap but what can I expect from it? And who to use in Kent (happy to travel for the right specialist)

Hope you all have a great Christmas Day!

Welcome to the forum :)

Regarding remap eurocharged is the map of choice. I'vehad it on my car for the last 6 months. Brilliant adition. As for dealers iguess mal is the closest to you.

Thanks MB for the tips, Eurocharged was top of the list due to all the treads mentioning how good they are, only people in my area (apart from SavMans recommendation above) is AMD Essex not sure what the Map would be like tho. used AMD a few times in my VAG cars managed 363bhp from mildly modified Seat Leon Cupra K1! awesome engine for 2.0T..Anyhow i don't mind traveling to London if Eurocharged have a dealer with RR facilities for before/after RR figures.
