News! Ipod in Mercedes!

Just spoken to MB of Taunton who have phoned head office.. Apparently, Milton Keynes have heard of the iPod connector but as yet there is no part number! The dealer said that they should have this in a couple of weeks.

Its so heartening to see that MB USA can launch an entire website about it and provide links to a dealer for install. Whereas in the UK, where we are closer to where the cars are actually built and they know nothing!!

True, but how many more of those things can they sell in the US compared to here?

On this side of the pond, the iPod interface won't be availble until April, not that it matters as I have an obsolete 2004. Is the Monster iCruize available yet?
