It's an M104. The early 24-valve engine was an M103 with knobs on but it was still called an M104

As Nick said,is a m104 engine.It has the same power as 320 m104.

It has more bhp than 320.

Close to 230 bhp verses 217 bhp for the 320 engine.

It is a screemer of an engine in comparison to 320.

I though they both had around 220hp
