Nice surprise from MB

Received excellent service from Paul Simpson and Matt Thorp at MB Manchester Central and felt that I am quick enough to criticise so I should be equally quick to applaud

So I wrote a letter (to the dealer Principal and copied to Wilfred Steffans at Milton Keynes who I believe is the CEO) relaying my thanks

This morning got a nice letter back from Brian Cunningham at MB Milton Keynes (Customer Service Manager) saying thanks - along with a very nice MB branded pen set!! :bannana:

I've found the parts department at MB Manchester extremely helpful.

They did the same for me - a carbon fibre pen set. I keep my for best - only the most important meetings are good enough for my MB pen!!

The W311 Ball point ball pen is known to rust around the nibb. Pre 2006 models have had known problems when writing the letter 'J'.

This can be fixed at any Mercedes-Benz dealership as long has you have a history of only writing on Mercedes-Benz branded note paper.
