Just heard the sad news that Nicholas Parsons has passed away at the grand old age of 96!
He seemed to have been around forever!!
Who remembers Sale of the century!!

I remember the scantily clad models and his banter with them, would not pass the politically correct censorship these days!

Mind you TVAM went a bit downhill this morning with the 80 year old lady giving graphic details of her night of passion with the 35 year old Egyption "Adonis" she was apparently riding like a horse!

He had a good innings. I vaguely remember him as Arthur Haynes straight-man which makes me feel very old. RIP Knickerless.
