No comunication with ecu

I have no communication between obd2 reader and ecu.

I have testet obd2 socket pins, and i got 12v on pin 16, earth on 4&5, but i dont have 3,5v on pin 7. Means i have bad connection on that wire. The wire is brown with yellow stripe.

So, no i need wire diagram for that part for Vito 108cdi 99/00 mod.

Plz, can anybody help me

Is this covered by WIS? I thought a 638 Vito would have the 38 pin diagnosis connector, isn't the 16 pin OBD connector then retrofitted or did it come to some markets from the factory?
