No flashing alarm light .

Hi , I have a 2007 SL500, that has now no little red flashing light at the top left of the head unit
when the car is locked & the alarm is primed.the hazards flash as normal when locking.

Did it ever work and just recently stopped? If yes I'd guess at a failed led
Some cars only flash the alarm led when it's actually dark

Hi yes it did work & now not in dark

Ive just triggered the alarm, so the hazards flash etc but no siren sound.
