no gps signaal

I have clk 230 of 1999 old model.I have comand type of 163.
the speed has connected indicator on tenon 1 (purple/lila).
also the gps antenna have been connected but I see no satelieten, the counter continues stands on 00.
if I drive I see moving the point on the card , but no gps sat.
what is there wrongly. I must connect still something.

Do you mean, when you press the "map" button, you do not see number of satellites ?

Try a different GPS antenna if you can - it may be faulty. Where is the GPS antenna located ?

i have buy the gps antenne from a comand dealer from holland . www.comand .nl
the GPS antenna located from the front window .

i can t not select a route in the nav. it works not.

You can use the Navi ? Or you can not use the Navi ?

If it cannot calculate your position, then I expect the navi will not work !

it like that the comand is damage. or the conecting from the antenne gps is bad in the comand

if you have tried 2 different gps antenna then it looks like you have a faulty comand - why not speak to the dealer and ask him to change it. For comand in Holland you could also try Steve Krabbenborg aka mbenznl
