It used to be poverty spec cars that had no chrome.....

Nice car, I would have at least kept the rear star chrome myself :)

Yep, like the W202 Classic :D

Just sent for some 3M 2080 Satin Black Wrap, apparently it's there best wrap yet, easier to fit and long lasting, gonna TRY and wrap my chrome around the windows on my C207. :)

If you havent done it before, start with the bootlid trim first as its easier. I made a video on my channel of my efforts doing it.

Karl, I've already tried to wrap the boot trim, twice and I gave up  I finished up spraying it, but I'm going to give it another go, if at first and all that!
We'll see how it goes. :)

That is a very good price, I priced my window surrounds and boot lid trim at my local wrapper, they quoted me something ridiculous like £400, they obviously didn't fancy doing it, needless to say I passed.

I had my bootlid trim spray colour coded on my C43 at a bodyshop...£110 however I purchased a new one from the dealer for £50 and gave it to the bodyshop and I removed the old one and I fitted the new one. So including the part £160 total.
