Just purchased a 2014 A Class and have been told by the Mercedes dealer that I can ‘upgrade’ the system so we have navigation??? I’m a bit suspicious of this and wondered if anyone can help. When you press the Nav button you get the message ‘No Navigation Module Connected’..... is it as simple as buying a disc off EBay or is it more complicated? I’ve seen people talk about Becker equipment in glove boxes but there is nothing in ours.... any help is appreciated even if it’s the NO that I’m expecting...

SORRY... what I mean is that there is equipment in the glove box but no module is attached to it...

Is it as simple as that? That’s great news!
I bought a used map pilot and it was plug and play but have heard of them being pin locked. I'm sure I've seen something about having the pin removed though but can't remember where.

Andy, did you buy a becker module? I've the same problem.
Was you straight forward?
