No Network Service

Hi anybody have any ideas or past experience of the message in the display ? It shows no service but my phone is connected to the Bluetooth.
Any suggestions/ideas are appreciated.

The way that I would interpret that is that a mobile phone is connected by Bluetooth but the phone does not have a mobile signal. Does the phone have a mobile signal?
