No Road Closure Info?

For the last week my COMAND satnav has stopped showing me road closures enroute, of which there are plenty at the moment.

Today I was driving all over the place to figure out a way round one or more (couldn't tell what was happening out there) road closures South of Chester, and in two different places too. These are all preplanned road maintenance works. My TomTom traffic subscription's still active and the satnav still shows traffic delay dots.

Any idea what's happened, and is there anyone I can complain to?

Well it seems to have come back today! No idea whay's happening.
