Hi,can anyone explain why my radio won't find any stations and the sat nav won't find any satellites?

Is it the 2010 CLS? C218 or C219?

Usually the FM radio antenna and the GPS antenna are separate antennas.

Is it a 209.3 or a 209.4? GPS antenna at the trunk lid on a a cabriolet, at the top of the rear window on a coupe (not necessarily the visible shark fin as usual, this one may be only for CTEL and SDAR).

I believe it is 219.3, there is something at the top of the rear window but I thought that was for the parking distance sensors.

There is the same looking thing at the base of the windscreen too, this also lights up with red leds on startup. So the antenna is the sharks fin then ?
Does this allow the radio and satnav to work?
