NO WIPERS when turning.(03 w211)

Here's a good one. When left turn selected, wipers stop.
Does this sound expensive.

Sounds like the combination wiper/indicator switch, mine did the same in my 211 some time ago and I've just had the one in my 221 changed as it was starting to trigger the auto wipers every time I indicated and then turned left. not sure on price of switch for 211 but the 221 was less than £100 fitted.
