Noise coming from engine

Hi all I've got a noise coming from the engine it sounds like exhaust manifold blowing . It happens when acccelerateing I've looked around the engine bay can't see or hear anything you can only her it under pressure not when your parked up. a class 2013 1.8 diesel thanks

Go to your normal garage , get the car up on a ramp ?
