Noise in back of my car

hello,
On my C250TD, while rolling i hear a noise in back of the car kind zoeinnnng zoieinng, i changed the spring and yet the noise continues.
Is what you have an idea on the source of this noise?

Have you got OEM or aftermarket speakers in the rear shelf? It might be interference in the speaker cable picking up sound from the engine.
