Noisy e220 on rear near side

I have a 2017 e220 auto that is making a clicking noise when initially putting it under load in either drive or reverse. It’s a series of loud clicks. I have attempted to upload a video. In addition to this the steering rack is making a lot of noise... more like electrical screech.

Parking brake mechanism loose? Does it go when the pedal is pushed?

Not sure. It’s only noticeable when initially moving and under load. I just had the RAC out who was unhelpful and adamant that it’s because the rear tyres are coming to the limit.

The screech from steering might just be steering oil level. When it gets low the car can make all sorts of terrifying noises. Worth a top up.
