Non regulated HP

With regulated HP you can hand the car back once 50% of the balance has been paid with no adverse credit ratings etc. Non-regulated HP operates for balances over £25,000. Does anybody know what if anything is allowed under this tyoe of agreement?

Since Apr 08 all HP deals are regulated. If it's pre that date, then you're bound by whatever is in the agreement - hence unregulated deals used to be slightly cheaper.

Wealthy individuals can opt out of the cover of regulation, but I've no idea how that works.
