North East area

Hi,
Can someone please advise where to get my 2013 C63 serviced?

Either main dealer or a good Indy.

You mention North East, is that Teesside? County Durham? Tyneside? or anywhere in between? There are a some good indies in all these areas, so if you narrow down your location, it will help answer your question.

I'm from Sunderland and use MB Sunderland (main dealer), I've always had great service from them. There's also a local Indy Wearside Mercedes Benz, I've never used them but I've heard good things plus they have Star. As Abb has already said it depends whereabouts you are in the North East as it is such a large area, the two above would be my choice. If you choose to use an Indy you want one that uses Star Diagnostics for peace of mind.

Staithes Garage in Dunston behind the Tudor Rose pub. Phil, the owner, is top class with Mercs, you'll tell that when you see all the MB's outside. You may have to wait 2 or 3 weeks for an appointmnet though
