Northern Ireland delivery charge

Hi, just looking to know why ECP charges for delivery in Northern Ireland and offers free delivery in the rest of the UK except of course very remote areas. I could understand if they had no warehouse and store here but they have a large one in Belfast. Can anyone enlighten me?

Maybe the cost to ship parts across the water to the warehouse and then the cost to ship the parts to the customer ?

No, if i use the click and collect the parts are in stock in belfast but I still get charged £6.50 for delivery

I did phone them but was told this is there policy for Northern Ireland, and its a 2 day delivery time, cant use next day with them here
