Hi there,
I am an expat (tullebok utlendinger) living in Norway (Akershus), and have only driven front wheel drive cars in the winter.
So I put my order in for a new C350e, which I will hopefully receive in September sometime. I got it for an amazing price, almost the same as the rest of Europe, which is pretty incredible for Norway as the taxes are so steep on new cars!
I was wondering how you guys manage in the snow with rear wheel drive? Does the battery pack help with rear wheel traction?
How about your mileage using the battery only in the middle of winter? Is it halved?
If the C350e is plugged in , when you activate the pre-heating in the morning, does it take power from the mains or battery? Do you have to do it manually every morning or can you time it ?
Would love to hear your experiences of owning one in Norway
Thanks very much,
loiphin.
