Well they say it comes in threes so I'm waiting for the third :D

Yesterday evening someone kindly ran into the back of SWMBO whilst she was stationary at a red light, needs a new bumper but doesn't look to be any chassis panel damage but wont know until I get it on an alignment rig, problem is other driver was uninsured so its not going to be an easy one but fortunately SWMBO knows how to deal with it :D

Then this morning come out of Tesco to find a big scrape from the front to the B pillar down the side of my Volvo along with a lot of white paint where someone has obviously side swiped it and cleared off, so another bodywork job

So now waiting for the third one  roll on Monday :D

Check with Tesco security staff - there's a chance that it was caught on CCTV…...

Tesco policy is that it has to be requested by either the police or a lawyer as evidence, both the police and my lawyer ;) have requested a copy of the recording as its also a very narrow time window, I was in the store less than 15 minutes

    Thanks

Just had the polisher and compound on the Volvo to get the paint off, looks better but the front 1/4 of the bumper, NSF wing and NSF door are going to need painting.

So SWMBO is now in my Volvo and I'm back in the CLK as my daily driver until hers is done then I'll get mine done. A real PITA

That is so true, I've just had the polisher over it too with Poorboys SSR1, followed by Black hole glaze then EXP sealant. Its sat on the drive looking gleaming, off out for Thai tonight with JSWMBO as SWMBO is at some girly law do

I hope the police were involved and the driver will be the subject of a public execution at dawn.
