Not a new member, but...

    ...kind of see myself as one. Hopefully I'll make more than 2 posts over the next 2 years of being a member here. :)

    Bought our E back at the end of May, replacing an S204 220CDi. Have our 2nd little'un due in 3 months and decided rear space in the C wouldn't be enough for the kid seats and to allow me to sit comfortably up front. Sure we could have got by, but that would have meant no new car. :D

    We went for the 350 petrol over diesel as our annual mileage is pretty low and my wife uses it during the week doing quite a few short trips so figured petrol was the better option for us.

    Loving it so far, much more comfortable than the C was and with the V6, so much more refined.

    Was suprised (albeit only slightly...) by how few there were on the AUC site. When I was looking the amount on there was varying between 8-10, versus ~80 diesels available. Didn't get a 100% perfect spec - would have loved Airmatic and DAB, but I would expect to still be looking if I was to have held out for those options.
